TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service govern the provision of Cmc Webdesigns services by Cmc Webdesigns LLC ("Agency") to you ("Client"). The specific services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. PAYMENT

Payment terms will be specified in the SOW. Invoices are due upon receipt. The Agency reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. Fees paid are non-refundable.

3. DISCLAIMERS

The Agency will perform services with professional skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as Cmc Webdesigns performance is subject to external factors. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months prior to any claim.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the engagement.
